AUGUST 2017 CLASS SCHEDULE
Kickboxing: A 60 minute class that is an overall body workout that uses kickboxing techniques choreographed in combinations, to build muscle, strength, endurance, balance, and coordination.
Cycle: A 60 minute class that incorporates a variety of athletic stations that will work and tone legs, arms, abs and more. This class will you flipping tires, running with sand bags, duck walks, burpees, push-ups and more.
Strength & Conditioning: An intense 60 minute combination of athletic cardio drills, dynamic stretching and strength training. This class will have you running, jumping, squatting and sweating.
Abs Attack: A 30 minutes class that focuses on your abdomen, obliques and lower back. The exercises featured in this class strengthens your muscles with a focus on posture.
HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training: 30 minutes of specialized training that involves short intervals of maximum intensity exercise separated by longer intervals of low to moderate intensity exercise.
Bodies In Motion: A high energy 60 minute class filled with drills from all sports using bands, cones, hurdles and agility ladders.
Boot Camp: Our bootcamp is 1 hour of total body workout that is a high intensity, fast paced training session with modifications for all fitness levels. Beginners to advanced are welcome to participate.
